How do I change "send to from Microsoft Outlook to "Outlook Express" from
right click in Explorer?

I think all you have to do is make Outlook Express your Default Client.

That should have read:

In Explorer, right click>"Mail recipient using Microsoft Outlook"

to Outlook Express.

I see both set as Outlook Express. :-(
