"Send To" question

Using WindowsXP explorer, select a file, right click -> Send To -> Mail
Recipient.

Outlook launches new mail message with attachment & a default message:



The message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:



<attached filename>





Note: To protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs may prevent
sending or receiving certain types of file attachments. Check your e-mail
security settings to determine how attachments are handled.



How to remove or change this message?



Searched all of C:\ for text string “Note: To protect against computer
viruses”

Searched regedit for text string “Note: To protect against computer viruses”

No hits…

Any ideas?

but I was asking/hoping for a more systematic solution

Q: is - where is Outlook's default reply stored and how can I change it?

You can't unless you want to disassemble the Outlook .DLL files.
