Disclaimer with attachments

I want to change the disclaimer alert on my outlook when I'm using:
file --> right click --> Send to --> Mail Recipient..

The message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:

scsadmn

you can't change it but you can ctrl+a and begin typing your message to
quickly get rid of it.
