Sending photos through Windows Mail

Everytime I send a phot from Windows Photo Gallery, there appears the below
automatic messgae.

"Your message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:
010

Note: To protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs may prevent
sending or receiving certain types of file attachments. Check your e-mail
security settings to determine how attachments are handled."

Is there a way to get rid of this message

Check your settings in Outook Express or Windows Mail under
Tools/Options/Security regarding attachments and make sure that email
scanning is disabled.
