Sending email as HTML

Clayton

Hi,
Am I able to make a few changes to how I send emails?

I would like to use the send to mail recipient feature and have my signature
show as HTML and to remove the message that automatically appears saying

Your message is ready to be sent with the following file or link
attachments:

DR4000.jpg

Note: To protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs may prevent
sending or receiving certain types of file attachments. Check your e-mail
security settings to determine how attachments are handled

Can I also remove the subject line Emailing: DR4000.jpg?

Thanks

How are you adding the signature? How are you sending the message?

Are you right-clicking some file and choosing "Send To>Mail Recipient"?

I am right clicking on a file and choosing send to mail recipient, then I
have to remove all this jargon and start typing my message and adding
signature

That method uses a different interface than composing a new message from
within Outlook and it's not configurable.
