Send-to and RIght Click Menus - where to find ?

Where do I go to change the Send To menu's contents ?

I thought it was in the general Documents and Settings area but I
have a newly set up Win2k Pro machine and it is nowhere to be found.

Also, where can the Right Click (file context) menu be found ?

Thanks for the confirmation... I thought I was going crazy. With your
assurance, I found the problem: with this new build I could not see
hidden folders... send-to is a hidden folder.
