"Send to a friend" pop-up window

I'm running FP 2002. Does it have the capability to generate a mailto "send
to a friend" pop-up window? If not, where might I obtain the source code to
do so?

what type of server side scripting can you use? if you're not sure, what
kind of server is it?

I made one recently that will work as you want but because it's .asp based.
it will send a link to whatever page it's clicked from, but you only need
one snippet of code, so it'll work nice from an include page.
