Send/Recieve Error--Microsoft Outlook 2003

Okay, so, I'm pretty smart when it comes to internet and computers and all
that jazz--however, this one has really got me stumped. Here's the deal--

I was using Outlook Express for quite sometime, then one day, after letting
tons of mail build up, I went to check my messages. My messages were coming
into my inbox just as normal as anything, however, the message stopped on 69
and wouldn't go anywhere. It stayed there for about five minutes, then gave
me this error:

"Task 'pop.east.cox.net-Recieving' reported error (0x800CCC0F): 'The
connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact
your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)' "

Then I was like, "Gaaaaah...", so then I restarted my computer and tried
again. Still no luck. So then I tried uninstalling Outlook Express then
reinstalling it. Still no luck, exact same pattern. Then I was like, "Oh,
I'll just go to Outlook 2003!"

And I did just that. However, it too is getting stuck on the 69th email.
This is the same email, because these messages are back from March 3rd and
whatnot. I then figured that it was some sort of nasty junk mail, so I tried
blocking all the junk mail people that were in my inbox up to 68. Then I
clicked on Send/Recieve with no luck, and the same error message.

Advice? Someone? Please?

I'm really stumped on this one.

Ask your ISP about your mail box size that is most likely where the problem
lies with the ISP server, Good Luck. This decussion group is here to answer
questions about Microsoft Access. In the future please address your questions
to the proper Microsoft office board.
