I can send but cannot receive
b4 i reinstalled office 11 I was
getting a pop up 'operation failed'
now I dont get the pop up but it does not receive either

the process screen does not come up

testing connections are ok finds server and
contacts server and sends test email

but outlook does not receive tried removing email client
from express

setting are the same in both o and oe
 
Are you able to receive in OE? Do you get any error messages when
receiving?
