Send & Receive Option

Hi,

A user got Entourage X installed on a Mac OS X and is connectiong to
Microsoft exchange 5.5 server to get emails. The problem is when user is
hitting the send and receive option, error message is that it can't connect
to the exchange server at this time but user is getting emails in his inbox.
The error occurs when user click on send & receive option.

If you need some more information then please let me know.

do you have Internet Mail Service installed and configured on exchange 5.5,
which is responsible for SMTP traffic?
If not, install and configure it, and then mention the smtp server's IP in
the IMAP account on Entourage X.
