Send/Receive Errors from Outlook 2007 Trial on Vista

Why do I get the following errors when trying to send email:

Task '(e-mail address removed) - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC80) : 'None
of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your
server.'

my account settings are:
incoming mail server: mail.dynaswingfit.com
outgoing mail server: smtp.sccoast.net

This most likely means that you have misconfigured your mail account.
Contact your ISP for the correct settings.
