send/receive button

My send/receive button has gone missing. I have established an email
account. I have looked under the tools/customize/commands menu and there is
no send/receive button to drag onto the toolbar. Any ideas?
 
Search for a file with the extension srs and rename it. Close Outlook first.
Restart afterwards.
 
Hi

If that doesnt work out, try renaming outcmd.dat and restart the computer.
It should help you out.
