send photo by email swtting

plse help me to recover the size setting dialog box when
selecting a photo to send by email...this step is
automaticaaly being skipped.

Try this.
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
After you do this, try again and see if the size setting dialog comes back.
