Send Page & Send Link don't use my e-mail application

I'm using IE 6 on a DSL with MSN but my e-mail ISP is
Earthlink. I'm using Eudora 6.1
The toolbar button on IE accesses Eudora okay if I choose
View mail but if I try to Send a page or Send a link from
the IE browser, it takes me to the MSN welcome page rather
than to Eudora (which I would rather use for my e-mail).
I've set Tools to recognize Eudora for e-mail. Is there
anything else I can try?

Does URL:MailTo Protocol point to Eudora or MSN? Go to View (or Tools) |
Folder Options | File Types in Windows Explorer and check the values for
URL:MailTo Protocol (click edit, open, edit).

This is a well-known bug after installing MSN8 or MSN9 (aka MSN Explorer).
Repairing/Uninstalling-Reinstalling IE6 or reinstalling Windows are the only
known fixes.
