send news web page over outlook using xp

when i go to file send page by email my outlook attaches something that is in
a text format, i want it to attach the news article/web page i'm viewing in
html in the text portion of the email
 
Make sure your default message format is HTML. ALso, the technique will not
work for certain complex web pages.
