Send New database

I have created a new database and need to send forms and all to someone but
his system is blocking it. What is the best way to get past this? Send my CD?

Put it inti a zip file.

I did that and he said it was read only, but it just dawned on me I think you
have to save the extracted file first before any files can be changed. I am
checking that out.
