Access 2003 sp3 crashes even on new installation... super annoying

I wonder if anyone else experience this.
When using access 2003 with office sp3 installed, my access database crashes
a lot of time when running an existing database with code behind
forms/buttons.
The database has been running just fine up until office sp3 is installed.

even creating a new database will cause the database to crash. for example
1. create a new form, and try adding vb code in after update event.

this happens even on a FRESH INSTALL of OFFICE 2003 SP3

vb window will display for about 1 second, and access will crash. that
fabulous window with awesome "send or don't" send buttons i cant get enough
of will then appear with no further explanation of what causes the error.

I need to force all of our staff to downgrade to sp2.

We have also trouble with Access 2003 and sp3. Do you get this:
Faulting application msaccess.exe, version 11.0.8204.0, stamp 4763166b,
faulting module msjet40.dll, version 4.0.8618.0, stamp 403430ac, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00041fbb.

I can't find any answer.

Anyone find a resolution to this? I have applied hotfix fromKB945674
but that hasn't helped.
