Acc2003 SP3 + CU Crash when working with Macro

I found an earlier post on this topic but was unable to reply to it
directly so I am starting a new thread. I have just found that with
my current installation of Acc 2003 SP3 + Hot Fixes I can no longer
work with Macros without having Access crash. I can duplicate the
error across several computers each having the same installation.

The steps are simply to create a new macro and attempt to save at
which time access crashes. Now this is not a huge deal as I don't use
a lot of Macros but it is a pain for the few things I use macros
for.

Seeing that this issue has been posted here before, I am hopeful that
a fix exists.
