When I want to send Mail - the contact's address read like this:
(e-mail address removed) (e-mail address removed) … and get this message:

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'me', Account:
'pop.absamail.co.za', Server: 'smtp.absamail.co.za', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '553 Your computer does not have a hostname, you must
AUTHenticate', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 553, Error Number:
0x800CCC79

Please what can I do?

So.. you have tried...
"go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the

And your ISP said what?

Actually, you have two separate mail problems.

First, the 'duplicate' sending address is not an error.
Contacts displayed on the To line of a message you are composing
will have the format "Display Name (e-mail address removed)". If there is
no proper Display Name (First_Name, Last_Name), then Windows
Mail will simply reuse the email address part, which makes it look
doubled. It doesn't hurt anything. If you don't like how it appears,
go into that Contact and edit the name to be something like
Powells Sales.

Secondly, the error message indicates a failure to have
"My server requires authentication" checked. You will find
that setting under Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties,
Servers.
