Send Fax to Multiple Recipients

I am very familiar with using the fax console and it
appears to work correctly to send to one person. But I
have a fax that needs to go to ten people. In prior
versions of Windows I was able to just go to the wizzard
and select the recipients from my address book and it
would send to all of them. Now when I do this, it only
sends to the first name on the list and seems to just
ignore all the others. Any help?

Which address book?
What is the format of the fax numbers?
