Send emials using address in a file

Hi,
I would like to create a button or somehow trigger my site to send a named
document as en email to a number of email addresses. Those addresses are
stored in a file.

Is this possible?

Depending on what is available on the Server you can write a solution in
ASP or PHP to do this.
