Send e-mail on behalf of someone else

Can someone please give me the steps to setup the users of my helpdesk
account, so that when they send mail for the help desk it will appear as
follows: "Joe Soap on behalf of Help Desk"
 
Exchange server? Are they opening the Help desk account in their profile, as
a secondary mailbox? Make them delegates of the Help mailbox.
 
Yes they are opening the Help Desk account in their profile as secondary, and
they are delegates of the Help Mailbox, but I can't seem to get it to say
"Joe Soap on behalf of Help Desk"
 
Do they have send as permission for the help desk acct? Look in the AD.
