When in a web site, I use extensively the feature to send by email either the
web link or web page. I use Windows XP Professional Operating System and use
Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003. Thus, Outlook 2003 is my email
program.

My problem is that I will be in web sites and finding information I want to
send via email. If I do not have my Outlook 2003 open, the emails are held
up in my outbox. Is there a setting I need to change to automate this
regardless if Outlook is open or not?

FYI, I have set up a desk top for my access and I have a guest desktop set
up. I don't know how this would affect my actions.

IF ANYONE HAS THIS SOLUTION.........I'd love to hear from you!

What makes you think that Outlook (or any other program) will work if it is not open? The answer is, Outlook must be open to operate.

Is there any reason why you want to send email with an inactive program?
My Outlook is running 24 hours, except if I need to reboot Windows.
