Send Button Not Working

My send button normally works except when I right-click a file and select
Send To Mail Recipient, then I click on the Address Book and select Contacts
and after I have selected my contacts I hit the Send Button - and nothing
happens. However, if I press the Alt and S keys the message will send.

Any ideas?
 
it's caused by something you have installed - no one has been able to pin
point the exact cause though.
