Send but can't receive

I haven't changed anything but for some reason I'm having trouble receiving
messages = time out messages.

I can send but not receive, wow, I think some setting has changed and I
can't find it.

Any ideas?
 
try increasing the server timeout.
You might need to remove and then re-add the account.
