Send and Receive in a domain computer

I am wondering....i use Outlook XP and Outlook 2003 Pro...If the computer is
working in a domain...send and receive starts but nothing happends...just
wait and wait and wait...If i`m logging with a non domain user everything
works fine.

What kind of mail server do you connect to?
