selective srartup in xp pro

whaT IS THE MIN. NO OF ITEMS TO START XP PRO?? iN WIN98 ONLY THE SYS TRAY AND SCAN REG. WERE NEEDED AND HOW DO I find out whT ALL THOSE ITEMS DO

Windows XP does not require any application in the Startup. You may disable all except your Anti-virus, firewall and your other favorite applications at startup.
