I have Outlook 2000 installed in the default config using multiple POP
email accounts (Internet access only).
To select which account I am sending email FROM, I have to click the
Send drop down arrow in the compose window and choose an address. This
immediately send the message to the outbox.
Questions:
a. How do I select the "default" account to send from ?
b. Is there any way to see what address you are sending FROM while
composing a message? (important for replies)
c. Is there an any way to select the FROM address while composing and
not launch the message into the Outbox ? (e.g. Outlook Express gives
me a way to turn on a Compose window feature of a drop down selection
of the FROM address that is solves both (b) above and (c)).
I am running Outlook 2000, but I am also trying to advise someone
running 2003, so if there are differences that would be good to know.
Thanks,
