Selected Object Colour

I wanted to know if there was any way to change the colour a folder goes
when you select it? For example, when I want to drag and drop a folder into
the folder tree on the left of the window. I click on the folder and it
changes to that very light blue colour and it's this colour I have trouble
seeing.

Hi Si,

When using the Vista aero theme, you can only change the general theme shade
(right click the desktop, select personalize, click Windows Color and
Appearance). Changing individual things, like "selected item", is not an
option. While the advanced color changes show as available, altering them
will not affect anything. They only apply in classic mode.
