select permissions for an assistant

I need help configuring access rights for an assistant so
that they can add, del & change users in the active
directory structure & administer to the backup exec, but
nothing else. Specifically not the event viewer.

You can use "delegation" in Active Directory and try adding him to the backup
operators group. --- Steve
