I may have asked this before. On my "old" computer [± three years ago]
I had a program that allowed me to select anything on a web page.
Where is such a program?

Thank you,

Barry Karas

Select anything and... what?
For example, File> Print in IE, lets you print a selection. But if you're
not printing, that little nugget isn't going to help you very much.

I am NOT a troll.

The reason -- sole reason -- why Wes killfiled me was that he couldn't
answer my questions. It is very common to lay the blame on the person who
asks perplexing questions...

Barry, I don't know or care what went on between you and Wes but to get an
answer to a question, you have to participate. You've asked about
"selecting anything." Well, that really doesn't tell me what you mean by
that. Text messages only impart text. I don't receive the imagery on my end
to know what you mean by that term. I am not psychic.

I've told you how to print a selection from a web page but have no idea if
that's the kind of selection you're asking about or not. Without more input
from you, the only other suggestion I have is a "snipping tool" of some
kind. The link below goes to one such tool for Tablet PC's. It won't work
on a desktop but someone, somewhere has probably made a similar tool for
desktop systems and conventional laptops:

Perhaps a search at download.com or a similar software site would turn one
up.
