Seeking RSS client that updates feed every minute...

Hello,

I'm using FeedReader right now as my RSS client. Although it let's you
configure the "update period" as 1 minute, in reality, it updates every
2 minutes.

I was wondering if there is a Windows RSS client that truely updates
every minute ?

PS: I'm using the client to access my own server application, not to
abuse other feeds...

Actually, RSS was the easiest way to implement client software for a
server application that I have built.

I could have instead built a Java client, or I could have used email,
but since RSS is already a stable standard, and since I'm a lazy
programmer, I opted for that... And this server application has
nothing to do with news by the way .
