Seeing who made a tracked change...

Hi, have been trying to help a co-worker with a word issue and haven't had
any luck in finding her an answer. When she has a word doc open with track
changes turned on (balloons disabled), when she puts her cursor over a
tracked change, it does not show who made that particular modification as it
is supposed to. Didn't see anything odd about her settings, looked to be set
up the same as mine.

Has anyone had this problem, and any idea what might be causing it?

Word 2003, by the way...
