seeing others' meeting details when inviting them

Hello, now that we have switched to Server2003, if you're running an
outlookxp/2003 client, when scheduling an appointment and inviting others,
you are able to hold the pointer over a blocked out time and see the details
of the person's meeting. Is there a way to stop this from happening without
telling people to mark thier meetings as private?

Tools->options->calendar options->planner options. Ensure the check box for
"show calendar details in meeting grid" is unchecked.
