Forwarding meeting invites, re-invites everyone

When my VP forwards a meeting invite (originated by someone else) it
sometimes (not always) not only invites the new person but also re-invites
the original list of attendees. This happens even when she removes the list
of names in the To: field. This is obviously causing some confusion to the
others when they get the invite again but nothing has changed as far as they
can see.

The problem is a bug in Exchange. There was a patch released that addressed
the problem, its for exchange so your admin will need to install it. Give
