Securtiy Update issues

Hey everyone, recently i have noticed that each time i turn on my laptop it
tells me there is security updates to be installed and begins to do so...
although everysingle time it does this it results in saying that the update
could not be installed?

"The following updates were not installed:
Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB906173)

I dont think i necessarily need this update, but im not quite sure what i
can do?
If there is any suggestions as to how i can cancel this update / download it
else where or any other options??

How are updating? Throught Microsoft Update or Automatic Updates?

If using Microsoft Update choose the "Custom" option when scanning for
updates, then click on "Update for Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail Filter
(KB906173)" and check "Hide this update".

If using Automatic Updates choose the "Custom" option when installing
updates and then uncheck the Update and close the the Automatic Dialog Box.
When you close the box, a dialog box will appear and ask you if you want
this update to show anymore, select the appropiate action.

If there is any suggestions as to how i can cancel this update / download
it
else where or any other options??
