Is there anyway to have a file that is shared amongst various users be kept
off limits to those who don't join the workgroup? Because I have found that
in Access 2003, if a file is at first lock because of it's system.mdw
association with a workgroup file you can unlock it by openning it first with
a proper login and then change the system.mdw file associated with the file.
Then everything in that database is viewable, even if before that user had no
admin rights, that user now becomes an admin.
