Security?

I have been trying to protect my computer from a friend and he keeps proveing
he can get into my computer no matter how many times I put the password to
protect and lock folders so he can't get in. He uses Safe Mode to get in and
make an account for himself and he can get into my folders when he restarts
and uses his account. Is there a way I can block him totally from getting
into my computer? I've asked others and they've said that it is impossible
once you password protect the main account and deactivate the Guest account.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go into Safe Mode.
Log in as Administrator.
Go to User Accounts in Control Panel and set a password on Administrator as
well as any other account.
If there is already a password, change it.

Reboot to normal mode.
Go to User Accounts and password all accounts with Administrator access.
Again, change any that have a password.
You must tightly control all accounts with Administrator access because Any
Administrator can do and undo anything any Administrator can do..

Finally toy need to physically control the computer.
With unrestricted access anyone can quickly get in regardless of passwords.
There is no security without physical security.

As long as someone has physical access to the computer, there is no
bullet-proof way to completely secure it. Your friend probably just
downloaded and used one of the many Linux-based password crackers that
are widely available on the Internet. You could try setting the BIOS
password, so that the PC won't even boot without it, but I suspect your
friend is clever enough to get by this, as well.

Or have you failed to set a strong password on the built-in
Administrator account?

Does your friend perchance have a keylogger installed?
