Security Update Installation

Received MS email to install September 2003 Security
Patch q279365.exe but when I click on the attachment my
options are Open and Save so nothing happens. How do I
install it? Have been all over MS site trying to find a
customer service contact method to answer this. Please
someone tell me how to install this security update.

Carol, you're trying to install a virus.
Microsoft does NOT send patches via e-mail.
