Security Update for Microsoft Windows (819696)

I have downloaded the above security update over the past
several weeks already a number of times (at least 20
times) but Windows Update keeps on insisting that I
should download the update although it appears already
many times as successfully downloaded in the 'history of
downloaded updates'. What do I need to do to solve this
problem?

I am having the same problem. Renaming the
windows/system32/catroot2/ folder did not fix it. Any
other ideas?
