Security Update CD

I have Windows 2000 Professional installed from scratch on my computer, and I popped in the Windows Security Update CD and it only has the SP4 update & this other standalone update I forgot. But I thought the CD contains updates from Oct '03 - Feb '04? It didn't show these updates either after I installed both of those updates.

It probably requires the installation of SP4 before it shows any other hotfix
for your system.

Supplemental:

I may be wrong regarding it's behavior with Win2K. I initially used my CD on a
friend's system after reinstalling Windows XP Home. The setup program seemed to
be cognizant of what was already installed. It doesn't appear to that smart when
used on a Windows 2000 Pro system, only the two updates are offered, whether
they're already installed or not.

The updates offered for Windows XP are all dated in Oct 2003 on the fixlist.html
file.
