Security update 951376

Two days ago, (20 June) an alert appeared on my systray about a
security update. I have downloaded and installed the update, "951376".
AFAIK, these security updates are usually published on the second
Tuesday of every month, but this one (951376) was done on 19 June. Was
this a very urgent problem? I shall like to have more details about
this update. Thanks
