security update 819696

What gives?? my update log shows that update 819696 has
been sucessfully downloaded and applied a total of 10
times!!!!!! what is the problem?

Possible solutions:

1 - Delete or rename the folder c:\windows\system32\catroot2

Then do the updates again.



2 - Start/stop the auto-update service.

Start, control panel, administrative tools, services, right click automatic
updates, click stop. Right click again, click start.
