Security up wont install

I have hade 362 failures in a security update doun load . What is the problem?
 
and with that ammount of information you expect anyone to hazard a guess !!!!!

The problem is 362 failures in a security update download. Could be any
number of reasons for the 362 failures, from a virus to your firewall set
too high.
