How can I delete files in Systematic AntiVirus Quarantine?

I went to google and found the Systematic AntiVirus 's website and
clicked on the following link. http://tinyurl.com/f2vu than clicked on
" I use Norton AntiVirus 2006" and folllowed what they have to say.

Does it remove it like if I hade never hade the Virus, Spywere, or any
other type of security risk?

Or does it just remove it from the list?

Assuming (by mention of Norton) you mean "Symantec" and not "Systematic".

If it is in your quarantine - you had the virus/etc on your machine at some
point. It put it in quarantine for safe-keeping. If you delete it from the
quarantine (actual choose to delete it) it completely eliminates it from
your computer.

However - this is *not* a Microsoft or, in particular, a Windows XP query
and you would be better served by askig in a symantec support area...
