Security Timed Lockout

I have a PC which locks after ~15 minutes of no use, and requires user name
and password to be entered to unlock. I've disabled the screen saver and
screen saver password option in the Registry, however, the computer still
locks. Is there another registry entry I'm missing that needs to be changed?

What happens if you logon as a new user? (create a new account in 'Users and
Passwords').
