Group policy, Item Account lockout duration

Hello,

Due to lock outs the Account lockout threshold is set to 4 and this was set
correct because now users are locked out after 4 attempts.

Sometimes users are still getting lockout and there already has been a third
party to check this situation, so we want to these settings:

Account lockout duration and Reset account lockout counter after

We entered 15 minutes, after this we did a checkup to see if it would work.
So we logedon with 4 times the wrong password and the account got locked but
after 15minutes (its now already an hour), nothing happend.

Once you find the correct forum in which to post your question (this one
is strictly for programming questions related to writing software using
the .NET Framework), you should reword your post so that it has a clear,
specific _question_ stated somewhere.

So far, all you've got is a narrative. Granted, it makes for a gripping,
suspenseful story, but I don't know how anyone is supposed to actually
provide a useful response if you don't ask a question.
