Security tab for file and folder properties

Hi everybody! Could anyone please tell me how to activate or enable the
Security tab in Windows XP? When you access the Properties window of a file
or folder, there should be a Security tab along with the other standard tabs:
General, Sharing etc. But how do you enable it? I enabled it once, but forgot
how to do it again. Your help is appreciated. Thanks!

Windows XP Home or Pro?

You must be NTFS and not FAT32.
Simple File Sharing must be disabled (Windows XP Pro), Home must be in
Safe Mode:
