Security Settings that block Frontpage

Hello,

I have a client you got a new laptop with Frontpage on it
and went to access his website with it. It will not let
him login via frontpage. I can login fine from several
computers and he can from his old computer. Are there
any securtiy settings in XP or other programs like Norton
Internet Security that block FP loggin. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

Norton is a good suspect to look at, especially it's privacy and port blocking settings
