security patch

I recently installed a whole bunch of security patches, but there's one that
keeps coming back (kb960859). I've installed it a dozen times and each time I
get the message 'installation completed'(I even restarted Windows, even
though it didn't ask for it).
The yellow shield remains visisble in the tray section on the right and when
I click it, it installs kb960859 again. It goes on like that for ever. when
I go to the Windows update page on the Internet, the same thing happens.
Installation is flawless, but the yellow shield dosn't go away, thus it keeps
asking me to install the patch again, even though I've installed it 20 times
already. Any ideas what could cause this? This has never happened to me
before.

Kelly, I tried your script right after the upgrade of KB960859 were
completed successfully. The result I got from your script was "The Registry
was checked and it doesn't appear that Hotfix KB960859 was ever installed no
changes was made to your system". But in the update history it says that the
hotfix has been installed (a lot of times...).
